Our first installation was in a local grain elevator in the port of Duluth, MN; the western most port of the St. Lawrence Seaway System. This client required a reliable 'bin empty' sensor that was flush mount and did not project into the grain stream. This original sensor has been operating flawlessly for the past 13 years. Shortly after production of this basic unit, we were asked to develop sensors that could replace nuclear type level sensors in a variety of very harsh process applications. To date we have installed over 1000 standard and custom sensors in applications that require non-intrusive design, robust construction and stable calibration settings.
